Diesel Mechanic

Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy troubleshooting complex problems, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and your expertise.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks to identify and address potential problems before they cause breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to keep our fleet in top condition.

Freight Broker Agent

Job Description:
As a Freight Broker Agent, you’ll link shippers with goods to move and carriers ready to hit the road. Your expert communication and problem-solving skills will ensure that shipments are matched efficiently, maximizing our company’s profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both shippers and carriers, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Source carriers for available loads, negotiating competitive rates and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize transportation management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Dispatcher

Job Description:
As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the central hub of communication, coordinating the movement of our fleet and ensuring our drivers deliver on time and safely and also find the best possible rates to ensure the drivers are getting the most out of each trip.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling.
  • Monitor driver progress and address any issues that arise, such as delays, traffic, or mechanical problems.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and other relevant information.
  • Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize routes, track shipments, and manage schedules.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies

Accounting Specialist

Job Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of accounting principles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for various accounting tasks that support our trucking operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage vendor payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and manage customer accounts.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for drivers, staff, and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external use.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Other Accounting Tasks: Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
